Delivering therapeutic doses of magnesium, calcium, zinc and potassium citrate, it also features a patented, naturally derived, non-GMO vitamin K2 to support healthy cardiovascular system function and bone health.

This is provided in an effervescent excipient base using sodium bicarbonate.

Directions for Use:
Adult Dose: Mix 1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approx. 8g) into water and consume immediately. Take once daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Vitamin and mineral supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains 189mg of sodium (as sodium bicarbonate) and 100mg of potassium per 8g dose.
Contains sulfites.
Contraindications:
Medications: Warfarin, Elvitegravir, Dolutegravir, Ceftriaxone, Levodopa.
