Vitex agnus-castus relieves:
symptoms of premenstrual tension
breast pain/ tenderness associated with premenstrual tension
mood changes associated with premenstrual tension
Contains iodine to support healthy thyroid gland function
Contains selenium to assist thyroid hormone production
Contains zinc to support cognitive function and female healthy hormone balance
Contains vitamin B6 to help synthesis of neurotransmitters and support healthy emotional/ mood balance
Contains manganese and zinc to support the female reproductive system's health
Dosage:
Adults take 1 tablet, twice daily.
Allergen Information:
No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners or flavours.
Excipients:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.
Warnings:
Vitex agnus-castusmay affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health care practitioner before use.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health care practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplementation should not be exceeded.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
