Free from gluten, corn, lactose, egg, sulfites, tree nuts, soy, maltodextrin, povidone, crospovidone and magnesium stearate.
Vegan friendly.
Directions for Use:
Physiological dose: 30 mg- 80 mg
High dose:100 mg- 300 mg
Warnings:
Do not give to patients taking prescribed pharmaceutical sleep medications.
Large doses may cause daytime sleepiness/grogginess. Do not operate machinery or drive within 4 to 5 hours after supplementation.
Not suitable during pregnancy and lactation.
