NeurAlert is a chewable caffeine-free, chocolate-flavoured tablet which contains enXtraTM, a proprietary extract of Alpinia galanga (galangal).

Designed to be used when needed and can be used every day, if required:

Directions for Use:

Warnings:
Products containing isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
Precautions and Contraindications:
Galangal extract 600 mg daily has been used with apparent safety for 12 weeks.
Adverse Effects:
Galangal is generally well-tolerated.
Research conducted with EnXtra® galangal extract report good tolerability and safety profile at 600 mg daily for 3 months, with no impact on heart rate, blood pressure or sleep and did not cause jitteriness. No withdrawal effects have been reported on discontinuation.
Pregnancy and Lactation:
There is insufficient reliable information available about the safety of galangal when used in medicinal amounts during pregnancy and lactation.
