Perimenopause Smoothie

It includes collagen, which supports skin elasticity, hair, nails, joints and gut health, as well as creatine to support muscle strength, energy production and brain function. It also contains OEA (oleoylethanolamide), a naturally occurring compound involved in appetite regulation and feelings of fullness, helping to support more balanced hunger cues. Plus, Cinnatol is included to support metabolic health, blood sugar balance and to reduce cravings.
Directions
1. Soak the almonds overnight, then drain and rinse (optional).
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2mins.
3. Pour almond milk into the cloth or nut milk bag.
4. Firmly squeeze out the fluid until the bag is dry, leaving the almond fibres in the cloth.
5. Pour the almond milk into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.
