Pomegranate juice is naturally rich in resveratrol and is a powerful source of antioxidants and gelatin supports gut health by soothing and strengthening the intestinal lining, while also providing amino acids that support skin, hair, nails and tissue repair.

Elderberry Gummies

Makes: 20 gummies, with each serving providing an effective 3-4g/ml dose of elderberry support.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice


  • 60–80ml elderberry syrup or tincture

  • 3 Tbsp gelatin powder


  • 2–4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and allow the gelatin to hydrate for 1–2 minutes.

  2. On a low-medium heat, gently simmer and stir for approximately 5 minutes until fully combined.

  3. Pour into silicone moulds or a dish and cut into cubes once set.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
