Chocolate Protein Mousse

Want an easy, healthy chocolate dessert that’s high in protein, sugar free and kid-friendly?
This creamy Chocolate Protein Mousse ticks all of the boxes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 soft-boiled eggs

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 scoops collagen (optional)

  • ¾ cup milk (I used almond milk)

  • ¼ cup honey (or low-carb sweetener)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    1. Boil eggs, allow to cool, then peel
    2. Blend all ingredients until smooth
    3. Pour into 2 glass containers
    4. Refrigerate 2–3 hrs until set
