Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

These Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Gummies are prepped in portions, ready in the fridge and perfect to grab on the run. I love having one before meals or anytime I don’t feel like drinking vinegar.

Makes: approx. 40 gummies

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1 cup apple juice or water
• ½ cup water
• 2–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• 3 tbsp gelatin powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Allow the gelatin to hydrate for 1–2 minutes.

  2. Place on low–medium heat and gently simmer, stirring for about 5 minutes until fully dissolved.

  3. Pour into silicone moulds, approx. 1 tbsp for each gummy or into a dish.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
